Captains Of Industry

is a loosely connected organisation of like-minded writers, musicians, artists, poets, publishers, record labels, producers, fanzines and other deviants of the artistic / altruistic process. Through a simple shared philosophy the collective aims to share resources and provide cross-cultural reference points in order to aid creative output and spread a message of opposition to those who misuse their positions of power - be they artistic, economic or political.

Hell Is For Heroes bring you their second second critically acclaimed album Transmit Disrupt.

After a well publicised split from label giants EMI many considered that Hell Is For Heroes would be consigned to history as just another band full of potential and promise who failed to go the distance. Those people were dead wrong. The band came back through independant label Captains Of Industry with renewed vigour! A band who seemed to be remembering why they were in it. Their singles made critics remark that the "EMI executives have egg all over their faces" as they toured small veues around the UK to crowds stunned with excitement at how close and personel it had all become.

The album is full of the usual howling anthems Hell Is For Heroes fans are accustomed to but beneath the squall a richer, more accomplished sound emerges. The mature sound of Hell Is For Heroes is something suprising, dramatic and inspiring, they sound like they mean every word....and in their case you can believe that they truely do.

“Schlosberg’s passionate rallying call pervades each song with a sense of urgency and zeal so often missed from other bands. His cries and yelps fall perfectly in the standout tracks of the controlled stop-start frenzy that is ‘Folded Paper Figures’ and the thunderously epic ‘Silent as the Grave’ while his measured, emaciated whisper sets up the title track with ease before settling into a grandiose finale.”
